The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of the relevant Sporting Event. Due to the dynamic nature of live markets, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless a manifest error applies.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the Sporting Event being cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or abandoned; a manifest pricing error; or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account Balance.
Where the Platform identifies an obvious and verifiable error in odds, payout calculations, game outcomes, or any other element of a transaction (a "Manifest Error"), the Platform reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the original stake. The determination of whether an error constitutes a Manifest Error rests with the Platform, exercised reasonably and in good faith.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method or an agreed alternative.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be immediately closed pending the outcome of that investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which produa888 holds its international gaming licence.
